Our cold email at Bizeebay was a template. It described a better website to someone who had never seen our work. We were asking a stranger to use their imagination on our behalf.
A real mockup fixes that. The catch is that a mockup takes about a day per prospect, and nobody can do that at volume. So outreach stayed generic.
- Demo site built in
- A day→5 min
Make the mockup the cheap part
I built SitePitch to run the top of the funnel on its own, from finding the prospect to sending them a live page.
- It finds prospects and pulls the site they already have.
- It scores that site against a quality threshold.
- For anything below the line, it builds a new homepage from the prospect's own logo, branding and content.
- It deploys the page live at a real URL.
- It emails them the link, with open and click tracking built in.
Outreach stopped being a pitch and became something they could click.
Why it works
A description asks for trust. A link asks for curiosity, and curiosity is cheaper. The prospect sees their own business, their own logo, looking better than it does today, before anyone has asked them for anything.
What changed
A demo that took a day took five minutes. Every prospect saw a finished version of their own site before we ever spoke.
