Search Console, GA4, Gmail, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, ClickUp and uptime. Seven tabs, every morning. It took the first part of the day and things still slipped through: a deal stalled in a stage, a page dropped out of the index, a booking nobody followed up.
- Spotting a problem
- A week→A day
- Dashboards each morning
- 7→1
Every tool reports on itself
That was the real problem. Each dashboard was good at its own numbers and blind to everything else. Nothing showed the month as a whole, and nothing told me what to look at first.
One screen that points
I built the Air Traffic Controller. It pulls all the sources into one place, and instead of dumping metrics it shows what needs attention.
- Search Console indexing and rankings, plus GA4 including realtime.
- Zoho CRM deals with stage-conversion analysis, and Zoho Bookings.
- ClickUp task load and Gmail thread summaries.
- Uptime and PageSpeed monitoring.
- Monthly goals tracked against pace, with a read on where the month is heading.
A dashboard shows you everything. What you want in the morning is the three things that changed.
It refreshes itself daily and writes the weekly and monthly reports on its own, with a view per person so each of us sees the surfaces meant for us.
What changed
One screen in the morning instead of seven. A stalled deal or a page falling out of the index shows up the day it happens, not a week later.
