08OperationsCompany Analytics and Tracking
Seven dashboards every morning, and things still got missed. I put them on one screen.
The problem
Search Console, GA4, Gmail, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, ClickUp and uptime all lived in their own tabs.
Checking them took the first part of every morning and still missed things. A deal stalled in a stage, a page dropped out of the index, a booking nobody followed up.
Every tool reports on itself, so nothing showed the month as a whole.
What I built
I built the Company AI Assistant. It pulls all seven sources into one screen and shows what needs attention instead of dumping metrics at me.
I set it to track the month against target and refresh itself daily.
I had it send the weekly and monthly reports, with a view for each person. It covers importivity.com and sourcewithjordan.com in the same place.
How it works
- Search Console indexing and rankings, plus GA4 analytics including realtime.
- Zoho CRM deals and vendors with stage-conversion analysis, and Zoho Bookings.
- ClickUp task load and Gmail thread summaries.
- Uptime and PageSpeed monitoring.
- Monthly goals tracked against pace, with an AI read on where the month is heading.
- A scheduler refreshes daily and sends the weekly and monthly reports.
- Access is per user, so people only see the surfaces meant for them.
What changed
One screen in the morning instead of seven.
A stalled deal or a page dropping out of the index now shows up the day it happens instead of a week later.
