Baked Tea
A Square rebuild, POS backend and Mailchimp loyalty program for a tea house.
The work
Baked Tea is a tea house in the Mike & Patty’s group of venues.
Its website was rebuilt on Square, with the entire Square backend behind it: the POS, the order-management system, and the automations that keep them running together.
The build came with a Mailchimp loyalty program, discount-code newsletters timed for slower days to bring customers in and fill tables, plus a custom account system scripted in Python that tracked which code went to which customer and how often it was redeemed.
