Bizeebay
Website Developer → CTO
What I did
Bizeebay is a Texas-based digital-marketing agency. It is where I went from writing sites to running the technology: website developer in July 2023, then project management, then CTO before we sold the company in November 2025.
I took work that was largely theme-and-template based and restructured it into proper custom builds. That tightened the process from brief to launch, so quality and turnaround both improved.
That change was worth more than the process itself: it reset what the agency could charge. Websites went from $1k to $5k to $12k builds, and SEO went from a $2.5k engagement to a $4.5k monthly retainer. Same team, better systems, a different tier of client.
Much of the role was systems and people: standardising how sites got produced, setting up the workflow the team followed, and making delivery predictable rather than ad-hoc.
I also built SitePitch, an automated website-builder and outreach engine that ran the whole top of the funnel on its own. It scraped prospects from the web, scored their existing websites, and for any site below a quality threshold it automatically generated a brand-new homepage using their own logo, branding and content, deployed it live, and cold-emailed them the link with open and click tracking built in. Outreach stopped being a pitch and became a demo they could click.
What that repricing looked like
Each line runs from the before value (A) to the after value (B) on that metric’s own scale.
| Metric | Before | After | Growth |
|---|---|---|---|
| Website build | $1k | $5k to $12k | 5× |
| Monthly SEO retainer | $2.5k | $4.5k | 1.8× |
