Flourhouse Bakery
A Square rebuild, POS backend and Mailchimp loyalty program for a neighbourhood bakery.
The work
Flourhouse Bakery is a neighbourhood bakery in the Mike & Patty’s group.
I rebuilt its website on Square and set up the whole Square backend behind it: the POS, the order-management system, and the automations tying them together.
On top of that ran a Mailchimp loyalty program, discount-code newsletters timed for the quieter hours to keep tables full, and a custom Python account system that tracked every code, the customer it went to, and how often it was used.
