What it is
The plan lived in ClickUp and the actual files, covers and videos, lived in Google Drive, so nobody could answer a simple question: what is actually ready to post next week? The Content Calendar was built to be that answer.
It pulls the tasks from ClickUp and the media from Google Drive and shows them together across grid, calendar and schedule views for 300+ posts. Each post carries status flags for a missing cover, missing video, missing caption or missing date, so the gaps are visible instead of discovered on posting day.
It also solves the boring problems properly: it walks up the Drive folder tree to find the no-captions cut of a video, and pulls a true first frame with ffmpeg when Drive gives no usable thumbnail. Posts drag to reschedule and stay in sync with ClickUp both ways.
