What it is

SEO content was the most expensive and least consistent thing we did. Topics came from guesswork. Drafts came from writers or agencies. Months went by with nothing shipped. I built the SEO Automation Tool so the topic list comes from our own Search Console data, and the writing, the cover art and the publishing happen in one flow.

Every run pulls 90 days of Search Console data. It clusters the queries by intent, matches each cluster against the live site and keeps only the real gaps. It will not write a blog that competes with a page we already rank with. A duplicate check blocks topics we already covered under different wording.

It proposes around twenty titles in the house style. I tick the ones worth writing. Only those get drafted, with internal links, an FAQ block and FAQPage schema. Drafts land on a monthly calendar and go through review and approval. One click makes the cover art. One click publishes to our headless WordPress. A person always clicks.

The second half runs weekly on its own. It scores every page, proposes actions, rewrites weak titles and meta descriptions, and keeps the old values so any change can roll back. It checks each change at 7, 14 and 30 days and reverts it if the page lost clicks. It watches our competitors, diffs their backlinks daily and files link prospects. Every keyword is tracked daily against its pre-publish baseline.
