What it is
Every order form used to be typed by hand from an email thread. Product specs lived in attachments, prices in call notes, and the same mistakes got copied from one document to the next. The Invoice & Quote Generator is a document generation system that links into the Zoho the company already runs on, so every document is filled from what the business already knows and sent from the same place.
It pulls context automatically. Every hour it ingests each client’s Zoho emails, notes, attachments and Zoom transcripts, extracts the products into a library and mirrors them into a custom Client Products module in Zoho. Attachments are matched to products with vision. Specs are proposed for a person to accept. Drawings are appended as an appendix.
From that context it generates the documents: invoices, quotes, RFQs and multi-product order forms render as PDFs in about three seconds. Revisions are edited as HTML with a model. A completeness gate blocks anything that still says to be confirmed. Signature fields land on the form’s own signature block, the document goes to Zoho Sign for sequential signing, and it is sent to the client through Zoho automatically.
